The Santa Fe School of Cooking, which has taught the pleasures of spicy Southwestern cooking to thousands of people, will mark its 25th anniversary this December with the publication of a spectacular new cookbook, “Celebrating the Foods of New Mexico.”
In its 25 years, The School of Cooking has helped visitors explore the unique cuisine of Santa Fe whilst also emphasizing the importance of local farmers, ingredients and products.
The cookbook features dozens of photographs and illustrations for the School of Cooking’s recipes, past and present such as carne adovada, grilled mushroom and roasted green chile salad.
