It’s going to be a WINDY day in the Land of Enchantment.  Wind Advisory is in place from the Rio Grande Valley into the Eastern Plains today.  Sustained winds out of the SW at 25-35mph with gusts as high as 55mph.  Areas of blowing dust will also be a concern for your Wednesday.  These high winds are brought to us by a storm system that will slide just north of us today & tomorrow.  We could even see a few showers and isolated storms in parts of NW New Mexico and Southern Colorado.  Also, our fire threat will remain high today with Red Flag Warnings in place for most of New Mexico.   Today, mostly sunny to partly cloudy with strong winds and temperatures climbing into the mid 70s.  Tonight, partly cloudy and windy, W 10-30mph, lows near 45°.
