Time for the five things you need to know before you go this morning.

5. A bigger talker this morning a lot of water in Portland, Oregon is getting flushed down the toilet, because one guy apparently couldn’t find a toilet. Investigators say he relieved himself in a drinking water reservoir this week and now the city has to dump all 38 million gallons of water that was in there. The guy got a ticket for trespassing and public urination.

4. Take a look at this video from back here in New Mexico State Police just released it. It shows an officer trying to pull over Shae Russell Nakai Blair for going nearly 100 miles an hour near Taos. Once the officer pulled blair over he wrestled with the officer…pinning him to the ground yelling, see the video at krqe.com.

3. A lot of parents in Valencia county are worried about this, a guy police say tried to kidnap a little girl Tuesday night. They say the girl was walking home alone on Festival court near LosLunasHigh School, when a guy in a red vehicle got out and grabbed her shirt. The girl was able to get away, police don’t know who the guy is.

2. Not what we want to hear on a dry week, but there are fires in the Bosque. Firefighters have been out all night long looking for hotspots after a number of fires overnight…some with flames six feet tall. these were in the area off Atrisco almost a mile south of I-40. Investigators haven’t said how they started.

1.A number one, thank goodness fire danger shouldn’t be up today.
