A Series Of Storms…January 30th, 2014 at 10:30 pm by Mark Ronchetti under News, Weather
A deep wet Pacific flow continues to plow into the western half of the nation. This includes New Mexico where we will continue to see the chance for mountain snow through the beginning of next week. Temps will remain mild in the metro area Friday with wind gusts up to 45 mph and partly cloudy skies. The big threat here in the city and points to the east will be blowing dust. Meanwhile the northern mtns will benefit from the pacific juice and cooler air. Look for up to 12″ to accumulate at the resorts by early next week. Here is a look at the latest model estimates of snow through the weekend.
