5. Today’s a big day in court for Ronald Santiago. He’s accused of killing Greg and Bernadette Ohlemacher back in 2005. His attorneys are cross-examining the couple’s daughter today saying she’s the one who killed the couple.
4. A big caution light being thrown out against Redflex, the company that used to run the Redlight cameras in Albuquerque. A lawsuit now accuses the company of giving lavish gifts to cities and counties to get their business.

3. Once again, texting and driving will be a big talker at the roundhouse. Governor Susana Martinez is allowing legislators to debate a bill to make it illegal all across the state. They’ve tried before, but failed.

2. If you haven’t gotten a flu shot, get one this weekend. The health department says three more people have died from the flu here in New Mexico, two in BernalilloCounty and one in Rio Aribba county.
