Storm For The SouthDecember 19th, 2013 at 10:42 pm by Mark Ronchetti under Weather
A potent storm will cross southern NM over the next 48 hours. This storm will spread showers over the lowlands and snow over the mountains of the south during the day tomorrow. Snow levels will start off 8,00′+ but those snow levels will drop down to 5,000′ early Saturday. 5″-12″ of snow will be possible in the high Sacramento Mtns and Gila Wilderness.
Here in the metro scattered showers will be possible late Friday but our best shot for snow will be early Saturday but even that looks like snow showers and not any significant accumulation.
