A Cold Front…But Don’t Worry…December 10th, 2013 at 8:48 pm by Mark Ronchetti under Weather
There is yet another cold front headed our way on Wednesday but don’t panic this one is too shallow to be a big factor west of the central mountain chain. In fact, temps tomorrow in the metro area will be up about 5°. the same increase will be the rule over most of central and western NM. Meanwhile out east temps will fall from today’s readings by about 10° in most area but places like Raton will crater 20°+.
On the positive side skies will be mostly sunny statewide with our next storm on the way by Thursday. This system look like it will have minimal impact precip wise on the state but it could produce some scattered showers. Most of the showers will favor the southern 1/3 of NM.
