Storms Diminish This WeekSeptember 2nd, 2013 at 3:19 pm by John Smith under Weather
After seeing a few showers and storms across the state over the holiday weekend, things will quiet down this four-day workweek. Tuesday will still feature a few storms, mainly over the northern and western high terrain. This storms will once again be slow movers, so some isolated localized flooding may be possible.
The storm crop continues to shrink into Wednesday, with only a few spot storms, again over the higher terrain. The state will continue to dry out through the end of the week. Temperatures throughout the week will stay a few degrees above average statewide. The Albuquerque metro area will continue to reach the low 90s through at least the weekend.
