Time now for the 5 things you need to know before you go!

5) APD has made a sketch of a guy they say raped and robbed a woman in the Bosque a week and a half ago. The woman says he’s a Hispanic man…in his late teens or early 20′s…and says he attacked her by the Levy trail…just north of Central.

4) Santa Fe’s City Council is talking gun control tonight…and you can get in on the debate at 7. The council has a plan to ban magazines with more than 10 bullets from being sold. We’ll let you know what happens.

3) All eyes on the U.S. Supreme Court in just a few hours. The Court is supposed to rule on gay marriage about 8 our time. Check our website for updates.

2) This is scary. As soon as next week…the Rio Grande could run dry in the Duke City. The Albuquerque Journal reports the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation says by this summer the river will be drier than it has been since the 80′s.

1) Gonna be another hot one. Today will be sunny with a high near 95. There will be a light northwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Then tonight will be mostly clear, with a low around 67. The wind will be west wind around 5 mph becoming north after midnight.
