All good citizens of the realm are invited to the Renaissance Faire Saturday on the grounds of the Anderson-Abruzzo International Balloon Museum.
Among the wonders promised are a royal procession, court dancing, birds of prey, tribal fusion dancers and drummers and miscellaneous but friendly mayhem.
Demonstration of ancient arts also are planned.
The gathering runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is presented by the city of Albuquerque and the Barony of of al-Barran members of the Society for Creative Anachronism.
Tickets are $7 for adults with children 12 and under admitted free. A Royal Feast also is planned for $35 for adults, $14 for children 12 and under, which includes admission to the Faire.
