Another Cold NightApril 23rd, 2013 at 4:26 pm by Mark Ronchetti under Weather
There is yet another chance for the Albuquerque to drop below freezing on Wednesday morning. However, most areas including the heights, foothills and the westside should stay above freezing. The valley definitely has the best chance to freeze. But even there we may hit 30° for a couple hours. This is not likely to damage plants.
Wednesday afternoon looks mostly sunny and mild with temps in the high 60′s. There is more excitement on the way Thursday with a small system pushing in from the Baja. This storm could well produce a few scattered showers as it moves over the state.
By Friday skies will clear and temps will rise through the weekend. We will touch 80° once again by Sunday or Monday.
