Strong Winds Will Continue….

Winds will be a major issue into the middle of the week.  An upper-level low pressure system is moving in off the Pacific and it will continue to dig further south into the Four Corners region over the next few days.  This upper-level pattern will keep the winds going until Wednesday.  Once the trough reaches us, it’ll usher in some much cooler air and drop our temperatures back below average for a few days later this week.

Here’s an image of the trough from a recent GFS Model run.
