The bigger story will be the wind. Expect winds to gust up to 65 mph across much of the state Saturday afternoon. Winds will start to die down through Saturday evening, but colder air will continue to settle into the state. Lows Saturday night will be near or below freezing statewide. Across the northern tier of the state, lows will dive into the teens and single digits for several locations.
Sunday will feature less wind but the cold temperatures will stick around. Afternoon highs will eventually rebound next week to near average for this time of year.
