A Return to SpringMarch 11th, 2013 at 4:28 pm by John Smith under Weather
The storm we saw over the weekend is becoming a distant memory as sunshine returns to New Mexico with much warmer temps. Some locations Monday in the east warmed up by as much as 25°!
A cold front will edge into the northeast for Tuesday. That will cool temps back by about 5°, but no rain and very few clouds are expected. The rest of the state will continue to bump the temps up on Tuesday.
The entire state continues the warm up Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday as a ridge of high pressure builds into the state. By Saturday some locations in the southeast will warm to the upper 80s!
Saturday night and early Sunday, a weak storm could bring some light snow to the northern mountains, but the rest of the state will only experience a cool down into early next week.
