Warm Temps Take OverMarch 5th, 2013 at 8:48 pm by Mark Ronchetti under Weather
Warm temperatures will roll back in over the state over the next couple days. Highs will top out in the high 60′s here in the metro area through Thursday with partly to mostly sunny skies. You will probably notice winds ramping up especially by Thursday as the SW flow speeds up in advance of Friday’s storm.
Speaking of Friday’s storm it looks a bit less impressive than it did a day of so ago. The latest model indications are that the system may well draw in significant dry air into the state as it passes through. This would limit valley sections to scattered showers and the high mountains get the accumulating snow. We will watch the next 24 hour and see how things play out.
