Much Debate…February 22nd, 2013 at 10:42 pm by Mark Ronchetti under Weather
As another storm exits the state we have a larger system poised to hit northern NM Sunday. The track on this system is still in doubt so great detail is not yet ironed out but here are a few hunches. First off, Saturday looks pretty nice in most areas with mostly sunny skies and highs in the 50′s. By Sunday snow will increase west to east over the northern part of the state. The northern mountains will be favored for most of the snow. The question remains on how far south the system will track into NM. At this point it is looking more like a Colorado storm but our northern mtns should pick up 6″ plus.
