From top to bottom men’s basketball is good in the Mountain West. Winning at home will be crucial. There will not be much room for error. I do think each team will suffer a conference loss. The level of play appears to be too high to run the table. Defending co champions New Mexico and San Diego State will have a say in walks away with the title. So will UNLV, Wyoming and Colorado State. Okay, throw in Boise State. Just make it the whole league. Let the games begin.
