Quiet For Now…December 10th, 2012 at 10:06 pm by Mark Ronchetti under Weather
After a very cold and snowy storm we will calm down weather wise for much of the work week. Temps will remain very cold Tuesday morning with lows in the teens in the metro and below zero readings in the northern mountains. Tuesday afternoon highs will remain well below average with partly to mostly sunny skies.
By Wednesday temps will begin a significant rebound back into the 50′s with sunny skies. Thursday temps will continue to rise. However, late Thursday our weather will once again change. A low pressure system will approach NM from the west. This storm will be wetter and warmer than the last storm. This will lead to mountain snow and valley rain through Friday.
