Tobacco addiction doesn’t have to be fought alone

The New Mexico Department of Health is encouraging New Mexicans who smoke or use tobacco to utilize free services that provide helpful tools they can use to quit.

These tools include being a part of the November 15th annual American Cancer Society’s Great American Smokeout, which has participants all around the nation quit smoking that day or pick a day to stop smoking.

These are also free cessation services through the departments statewide toll free number (1-800-784-8669) or by visiting QuitNowNM.com

    Hey, how about you guys stop taxing nicotine gum/patches so much. It’s like 40$ for a weeks worth.
