PTA to help with Sandy Relief

The National Parent Teachers Association has announced that they will giving grants to schools affected by Hurricane Sandy.

These grants will be given to those schools  affected that are in good PTA standings and will be for $500 to $5,000 depending on the schools need.

This money will go to buy new books and supplies for libraries and classrooms that have been destroyed by the natural disaster.

Grant applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until 8p.m. December 28th or until funds have been exhausted.
