A Gallup school, Jefferson Elementary, is in need of some serious renovation.

To make some changes the school has entered an online contest with Glidden Paint to win 200 gallons of paint.

“Enough to paint our entire, decrepit old school,” Principal Kim Orr said.

The school is one of five finalists in the contest and will win if it receives enough votes.

The school asks that people vote not just from a computer but also from any mobile devices they may have.

Voting for the contest is open through the Oct. 26.
