  1. Erin Callan says:

My name is Erin Callan. I had question about Alicia Jacquez: how old is she? You guys said that she is the first for someone as young as her to go under neuro-surgery. I Erin Callan am 30 year old and I suffer from Epilepsy. I had my very first seizure when I was 10 months old. I under went surgery: I had part of my left temporal lobe removed back in July of 1994. (I was 12 years old at the time) I had the surgery performed in Phoenix, AZ because there were no surgeons here in New Mexico. As of today, I still suffer from seizures: the only difference is that I don’t have them EVERYDAY like I used to before I had my surgery…I can go as long as 70 days WITHOUT a seizure!
