We have a storm headed our way.  We have been tracing this system for more than a week.  Initially it looked like a storm that could soak all of NM.  Now the track while still good is less likely to be a statewide rain maker.  The track as it sits right now will push the storm in from the west and through the 4-corners on Friday.  The San Juans would be favored for big time snow above resort level with this track.  Here in the metro we will have a shot at scattered showers and lots of wind Thursday and Friday.  Fiesta will be a day by day proposition.  I don’t think we are looking at a total washout or blowout.  But there is enough bad weather headed our way that it will need to be monitored.
