If you didn’t catch News 13 New This Morning, you missed a lot. We’d love for you to share your thoughts and opinions with us continue the conversation all day long.
Here’s a quick summary of some of what we talked about today:
- Peanut butter recall
- Honda recall
- Special shape balloons!
Check your cabinets! The peanut butter recall that started with a Trader Joe’s peanut butter produced at Sunland Inc. in Portales is getting bigger. It now includes peanut, almond and cashew butters and tahini sold at Target, Whole Foods and other stores. You can get the full list of everything that’s recalled here
If you drive a Honda, pay attention to this – because half a million of the cars are getting recalled because the engine could catch fire. The recall affects the 2003 to 2007 V6 Honda Accords. The dealer will fix them for free, but the parts might not be in until the beginning of the year.
Guess what?! We know about a few extra special shape balloons that will be at Balloon Fiesta this year! They include Simba, from the Lion King, Aaron, as in Elvis Aaron Presley and a chocolate ice cream cone. Don’t forget, the fiesta starts this Saturday!
