5. Police are on the hunt for a man they say robbed the Subway on Tramway and Central Wednesday night, and even flashed a gun. If you know who he might be police would like to hear from you.

4. The clock is ticking for Doug Vaughan. He’s supposed to turn himself in and get sent to federal prison later today. Vaughan admits he ran the biggest ponzi scheme ever in New Mexico, stealing 75 million dollars from his friends. Back on Wednesday he was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

3. The woman accused of leaving her young nephew in a hot car all day, killing him, is set to be back in court today. Sandra Rodriguez-Miramontes is getting arraigned today meaning should could plead guilty or not-guilty. She says the whole thing was a tragic accident.

2. Today is your chance to help save the lives of people who keep us safe everyday with a big fundraiser for the James McGrane Officer Street Survival Training Program. McGrane was the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputy who was shot and killed back in 2006. There’ll be a dinner and raffles tonight from 4:30pm to 9pm at the Elks Lodge on Girard and Yale. All the money will help go toward helping law enforcement with survival training.
