Hurricane Isaac is pounding New Orleans right now. As of 7am MDT, Isaac is still a hurricane and pounding the Gulf Coast with wind, rain and more. At least 350,000 homes and businesses don’t have power right now and the water is flooding a number of places.
Governor Martinez is getting ready for her speech at the Republican National Convention. She’s set to take the stage about 8pm tonight, the same time our coverage starts here on News 13 and CBS. We’ll have a recap tomorrow morning.
Check out this video of “The Lone Ranger” star Johnny Depp jamming with director Gore Verbinski. A movie blog says it was shot at a wrap party in Angel Fire. A lot of the major movie was shot here in New Mexico and should be in theaters next year.
