1. The Environmental Protection Agency has awarded PNM a 2012 ENERGY STAR Sustained Excellence Award for its work and programs promoting energy efficiency.  PNM says those programs currently save 192 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, enough to power 26,600 average homes for a year.
