Governor Susana Martinez announced Friday that she has made appointments to the following boards and commissions:

• Patrick Barncastle of Roswell to the Law Enforcement Academy Board
• Joan Ellen Schlueter of Albuquerque  & Michael Kozeliski of Gallup to the Workforce Development Board
• Ralph Laughlin of Ranchos de Taos & Thomas Wagner of Rio Rancho to the Veterans’ Services Advisory Board
• Terry Martinez of San Ildefonso Pueblo to the Tribal Infrastructure Board
• Beth Paiz of Albuquerque to the Judicial Standards Commission
• Vicki Rogers of La Luz & Jennifer Riordan of Albuquerque to the Commission for Community Volunteerism
• Topper Thorpe of Cliff to the Interstate Stream Commission
• Caleb Chandler of Clovis to the Canadian River Compact Commission
• Judith Britton of Hobbs to the Social Work Examiners Board
• Paul Kienzle of Albuquerque to the State Game Commission
