Childhood cancer grant awarded UNM center
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is giving $60,800 to the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center to support research into childhood cancer.
Grants from the volunteer-driven charity are intended to help institutions conduct more research and enroll more children in ongoing clinical trials, which it calls their best hope for a cure.
