Bernalillo County Manager Tom Zdunek today filled the last of four deputy manager positions.

Vincent Murphy will be the deputy county manager for the Community Services Division.

Murphy is currently director of government relations for the Albuquerque public-relations firm The Garrity Group and previously served as chief of staff for Sen. Jeff Bingaman, D-N.M.

He holds a masters degree in public administration from the University of New Mexico and a bachelors degree from the College of Santa Fe.

Previously announced appointments are Teresa Byrd, deputy county manager for the Finance Division, Tom Swisstack, deputy county manager for Public Safety, and Jarvis Middleton, deputy county manager for Public Works.
