Winter weather continues throughout New Mexico Sunday. Here is an update of current road conditions as of 2:48 p.m.
- US 64, DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS from mile marker 272.5 to mile marker 305 (Taos Canyon to Cimarron Canyon), wet, slick spots, blowing snow creating drifts in areas. Crews have plowed, salted, and cindered. Please drive with caution, reduce your speed and obey all posted traffic signs. This event will be updated as conditions change.
- NM 38, DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS from mile marker 12.7 to mile marker 29.2 (Bobcat Pass to Eagle Nest), snowing lightly, wet in areas and snow packed and icy on Bobcat Pass. Crews have plowed, salted, and cindered. Please drive with caution, reduce your speed and obey all posted traffic signs. This event will be updated as conditions change.
- NM 434, DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS from mile marker 26 to mile marker 36 (Black Lake to Agua Fria), snowing lightly, road is wet. Crews have plowed, salted, and cindered.
